Production
The company is equipped with 180 Tsudokama and Wiltoptex machines.
The area of weaving production is about 5000 m2.
All fabrics are made of 100% cotton, fabric density averages 80 to 400 g / m2, width 120 to 275 cm. Each month we can weave 1,850,000 meters of severe fabric, 1,200,000 printed fabric, 550,000 meters of dyed fabric. We are not limited to the production of raw materials.
We can also offer finished products. The monthly capacity of sewing production is 45,000 sets of bed linen and 450,000 eco bags per month. Thus, we are busy at all stages of the production cycle, from fabric to finished products, which allows us to compete with other manufacturers.

For technical quality control of the fabric, we use the Menzel Wickelsystem D 4800 winding machine. The advantage of this machine is that it can run harsh fabric on the A-frame or feed it to the spherical bearings at the entrance to the machine.
